I did not create separate calculation sheets for the building shells because it would be confusing to other staff members if there were several different calculation sheets around. Instead I will provide you with the following information which should help you apportion the TIF payment with tenants. Once you have determined how you wish to handle payment of the TIFs please let me know otherwise I will assume the full amount as shown is due prior to obtaining an occupancy permit. Building 227 (shell only) Land Use Category Amount of TIF General Light Industrial $29,572.00 Manufacturing 16,334.00 Warehousing 20,704 .00 Building 228 (shell only) Genera]. Light Industrial is the appropriate category for the proposed use and the category used for calculating the TIF. Manufacturing $11,521.00 Warehousing 14,603.00 If Pacific Realty Associates chooses to pay one of the amounts shown above for either of these buildings, the difference between the amount paid and the actual TIF calculated will be paid by the tenants.
