This is a Fire and Life Safety Plan Review and is based on the
1988 editions of the Fire and Life Safety Code (UBC) ,
Mechanical Fire and Life Safety Code (UMC) , Uniform Fire Code
(UFC) , and other local ordinances and regulation:-.

1. The wall finish specified for the toilet and shower rooms
does not appear to comply with Oregon Structural Specialty
Cade Sec. 510(c). Moisture-resistant gypaum wall board and
a complying wainscot is required.
2. The competed d.es',gn occupant load for Showroom .1 and 2 when
used tigether exroeds 49. To prevent having to claesify this
a portion of the tenant space as an "A--3" Occupancy, the room
mint be posted to limit the number of occupants to 49.
