agree to remedy the alleged infraction within a certain time period and the
City would agree not to file a summons and complaint against you during thin-
period.

SUBJECT: Storm Water, Summerlake Subdivision
There is 3 serious storm drainage problem out in the Summerlake Subdivision.
Through th? course of construction of Summerlake Phases 2 and 4, a natural drain-
age course has been eliminated, creating a ?ow spot in the back yard of Mr. Jim
Hopkins, 12665 SW Snow Bruah Ct. (641-7499).
With the construction of Phase 4 and the regrading of the property, a swale
:,unning north to south, has been created which cha-inels surface water to Mr.
iopkins' lot.
I broutiht this to the attention of John Hagman whe . Phase 4 was under con-
:itruction. There is a solution to the problem, however, if a catch basin was
-o be installed and connected to a private storm drain line at the rear of
Mr. 9opkins' property. It is a matter of who will do it.
Also, Mrs. White, 12.653 SW Snow Brush Ct. (646-3679) , called about erosion of
the bank creaLod in Phase 4, channeling water and silt onto her property.
She said the seec'ing of the bank was not done properly.
