On December 139 1474, 1 contacted you in regards to s
complaint reeeiv6d by this department (requeating the
City to investigate a towing business Laing conducted
in a residential zona at the above wentionod address) .
fly convereatior to you at that time was that a conditional
use permit would be required if you showed any outward
appearance that s business was being oyarated in this
zone. please find e copy of the City Gf Tigard' s ordinance
covering Nome Or ipational Uses.
I accepted your word that no more towing vehicles would be
parked at, the Above r.es dpoce. However, un Ja"uary 10, 1975,
1 received another complaint that on January 9, 1975, you
did perk a towing vehicle the entire night.
You may cons .der this letter a notice to follow the enclosed
City ordinance covering this matter and at no time will tic
Allow any towing vehicles going to or coming from the abovL
mentioned address or in viola ion of City ordinances.
1f ,;hese towing vehicles are seen at the above montiuned
address without police dcection. legal action ui.11 be
taken without any further notice.
