Dear Sirs:
It has come to th;? attention of this department, the residence at that
above-referenced property may have connected to the sanitary sewer system
without obtaining the rroper permit.
On .June 24, 1988, as n part of construction of Summer.lake 4 subdivision, it
was discovered that :he residence had been previously (date unknown) been
connected to the sewer.
There are no records that a permit or inspections foe the work were obtained.
The line was installed improperly (with reverse grade and 6 inch pipe
connecting to a 4 inch service lateral) .
As a matter of courtesy and safety to the residents, the building was allowed
to properly reconnect to the system. However, the permit fee muk,t bc� paid
immediately to allow this to continue.
Please submit a payment of J1,495.00 for the sanitary sewer permit as coin as
possible to rectify this problem.
