the rain drains for the above, referenced home you constructed, are
not connected to an approved system.
This situation needs to be corrected in one of two ways: Placing
t'aem in an approved drywell system, or connecting them to a drain
line provided at the rear of the property (as shown on the attached
plan).

there are, what appear to be, two rain drain pipes discharging
at the rear of: your property. Apparently, they were not correctly
connected to a drainage system (i.e. drywell or piped system).
This situation nee&, to be corrected in one of two ways: placing
