Main, Tigard A fire and life safety plan review was conducted on the above- captioned project for compliance with the 1965 editions of the Uniform Building Code (UBC) , Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC) , and Uniform Fire Code (UFC) as amended by Tualatin Rural Fire Protec- tion District's Ordinance 86-5. The plans are approved subject to the following items. 1. Exit Door Hardware: All doors shown on the drawings must Be openable from the inside for immediate exit at all times without the use of a key, special knowledge, or effort. (11BC Sec. 3304) 2. Firestopping: In all wood-framed walls and partitions, fire- stopping consisting of 2-inch nominally-sized lumber or other approved materials must be installed at all floor and ceiling levels.
