Preservative Treatment. All lumber shown as treated on the drawings shall be pressure treated before construc- tion in accordance with American Wood Preservers Associ ation (AWPA) standards C-2 and P-5 with ACA or CCA (Chemonite or Wolman). 3.2. Hardware. All hardware used to fasten the sill plate to foundation wall shall be hot dip zinc coated (galvanized). All bolts, washers, nails atni spikes stall be w, shw n, as required by the fabricators or as shown in Table 25-P of the Structural Specialty Code & Fire & Life Safety Code for the State of Uregon. All bolts shall be ASTM A-307 steel or better. P 3.3. Concrete. All concrete shall be from Type I Portland Cement and shall have compressive strength of 2000 psi at 28 days. (5 sacks per cubic yard).
