Traffic can only enter the drive:-in windows from the south a.nd there are two (2) additional windows. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval subject to the follw6ing conditions: 1. The entrance to the drive-in windows off Main Street be modified to allow one (1) lane into two (2) lanes with striped area added. 2. The parking lot be re-d^signed and pedestrian protection to the entrance of the flank be shown on a revised plan. 3. Southern property line be shown in relation to other structures. Attention given to internal traffic circulation for these people in relation to this plan. 4. No Occupancy Permits shall be issued until all conditions placed upon this development by the City of Tigard have been satisfied and -.nspections verifying this have been carried out by the appropriate depar*.,hent. 5. No changes will be made to approved plans or specification,j unless for-n,l application is made to the appropr. ate City department and changes are approved by that department. Application for changes will be made in writing and shall include applicable drawings. 6. Grading plans and construction plans on all public right-of.-ways shall he submitted and approved by the Public Worts Director prior to commence- ment of work.
