Box 23248 Tigard, OR 97123 RE: Site Development Reviow (SDR 20-84) Dear Mr. Robinson: It has come to my attention that the chain link fence which was required as a condition of Planning Commission approval (Condition 6.f. , Final Order ga. 84-9 PC) , has not been installed along the entire southern boundary of the property. In May, 1995 I wrote a letter to the abutting property owners regarding a conflict between existing vegetation and the fence location on the pr000rcy line. This letter indicated that the fence requirement could be waived only at the request of the residents. The chain link fence must be continued to the southeastern property corner unlese written confirmation is provided showing that the remaining section of fence is not desired by the abutting property owners. Please keep me advised regarding the stat,►s of the fence. Until this issue is resolved, the Building Inspection Division will not be able to issue any further building permits for the project.
