Classic Pool and Spa along with Mr. Bodcnhantnier agncc to accept responsibility
fir damage to PVC pipes located at the equipment pad. This includes damage
caused by tnovctnent of the earth either by settling or natural disaster (ie. Earth
Quake) as per the city's building inspector's request. Please notify Steve or Terry
at 656-0021 as to whether or not this letter meets the city's approval.
