does not allow residential uses. Additionally, only "manufactured
dwellings" meeting certain criteria are allowed outside of mobile
home parks.
The mobile home must. be removed from the site. Your cooperation in

As stated on the notice, no permits have been issued for the set-up
of a nobile home on the property. Additionally, no permits can be
issued for the following reasons:
o The property is located in a "CP" (Commercial Professional)
land use zone, which does not allow residential uses.
o Only manufactured homes are allowed to be sited on individual
lots.
o Manufactured homes must be multi-sectional, have a minimum of
1000 square feet of floor area, have roofs with a minimum
slope of 3: 12.
The mobile home must be removed from the site. Your cooperation in
having the structure removed from the site within five (5) days of
receipt of this letter will be appreciated.
