This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the 'River
Terrace MF project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Based on our review of the plans and the photographs provided by Polygon showing air pockets in
the concrete walls, it's our recommendation that the following repair be done—
" Chip out/remove all remaining poorly consolidated concrete and thoroughly clean out the air
pockets to eliminate any existing loose debris
*Apply a concrete bonding agent to the air pockets
"Apply a high-performance non-shrink grout to completely seal/patch up the air pockets
