Sunn 30°F TYPE OF WORK SOURCE AND DESCRIPTION OF FILL MATERIAL GCN REPRESENTATIVE Structural Footing Subgrade Robert Pendell Evaluation LOCATION OF WORK CONTRACTORS EQUIPMENT OBSERVED IN USE Lots 54 and 55 Mid-size Tracked Excavator CONTRACTOR ACTIVITY,OBSERVATIONS,CONCLUSIONS,RECOMMENDATIONS: I made this site visit today at the request of Don Durst to evaluate structural subgrade soil for single family residence that will be constructed on Lots 54 and Lot 55. 1 met with John Clarken during site visit. At the time of my arrival the G-Cam had excavated the lots to structural subgrade elevation. G-Cam will spread 3/4"-0 over the subgrade once it is approved. I observed and probed the subgrade using a%Z inch diameter steel foundation probe. The soil is stiff native silt. Based on observation and probing, it is our opinion that the subgrade in Lot 14 and Lot 15 will perform as intended to support foundations loads of single family home foundation. A Preliminary report is provided solely as evidence that the field observation was performed. Observations,and/or conclusions,and/or ® FINAL El PRELIMINARY recommendations conveyed in the final report may vary from and shall take precedence over those indicated in a preliminary report. A final report is an instrument of professional service. Any conclusions drawn from this report should be discussed with and evaluated by the professional involved.
