CONTRACTOR ACTIVITY,OBSERVATIONS,CONCLUSIONS,RECOMMENDATIONS:
I made this site visit today at the request of Don Durst to evaluate structural subgrade soil for single family
residence that will be constructed on Lots 54 and Lot 55. 1 met with John Clarken during site visit.
At the time of my arrival the G-Cam had excavated the lots to structural subgrade elevation. G-Cam will spread
3/4"-0 over the subgrade once it is approved.
I observed and probed the subgrade using a%Z inch diameter steel foundation probe. The soil is stiff native silt.
Based on observation and probing, it is our opinion that the subgrade in Lot 14 and Lot 15 will perform as
intended to support foundations loads of single family home foundation.
