Approved by unanimous vote of Council. 8. RESOLUTION No. 71-38 RESOLUTION CON,-'ERNING VACATION OF A DEDICATED PORTION OF S.W. CANTERBURY LANE IN THE CITY OF TIGARD, WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON (a) Setting of Public Hearing 8:00 P.M. December 27, 1971. (b) Director of Public Works stated when Canterbury Lane Improvement District was formed, property owners were told City would realign S.W. Canterbury Lane. Director -f Public Wurks recommended Council initiate street vacation and set public hearing for December 27, 1971, 8100 P.M. (c) Motion to adopt: Councilman Moore, seconded by Councilman Norton. Approved by unanimous vote of Council. 9. APPROVE AGREEMENT - S.W. SANIBURG STREET (a) Director of Public Viuxks stated developers would comply with conditions set forth in the agreement and recommended City Recorder 6 Mayor be authorized to execute, with the effective date to be upon acceptance by the City Council. (b) Motion to authorize Mayor and City Recorder to execute agreements Cauncilman Norton, seconded by Councilman Bergmann. Approved by unanimous vote of Council. 10. APPROVE SPECIFICATIONS FOR INCINERATOR BUILDING (a) Director of Public Works stated City had agreed witt School District to cover the incinerator with steel building, approximate cost $3,000. Director of Public Works recommended bids be received at 2100 P.M, December 13, 1971. (b) Motion to approve specifications: Councilwoman Paisley, seconded by Councilman Norton. Approved by unanimous vote of Council. 11. AWARD BID COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY POLICY - Marsh 6 McLennan (a) City Administrator and City Attorney recommended awarding bid to Marsh ti McLennan for $500,000 single limit coverage for one year. Coverage is the game presently carried, Premium for one year will be $4671. (b) Mot'.on to approve awarding bid to Marsh 6 McLennan: Councilman Norton, seconded by Councilman Bergmann, Approved by unanimouil vote of Council. City Planner gave staff report and recommended one directional sign be allowed on S.W.. 91st and Greenburg Road. (a) 8:00 P. M. Public Hearing Guy Rickerts, property manager for Pate Wilson Realty stated they would be happy with one directional sign at 91st and Greenburg. Public Hearing Closed (b) Motion by Councilman Norton to approve appeal for one directional sign at 91st. and Greenburg, seconded by Councilwoman Paisley. Approved by unanimous vote of Council. 16. Because of this we are asking for a hearing before ,your appeals committee to present our views on this matter.
