Cc. Tax Map iSl 34AC Tax Lot 261u). DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for the City of Tigard has APPROVED the above application subject to certain c ,nditions. The findings and conclusions on which the Director based his decision are as noted below. A. FINDINGS OF FACT I. Background No previous applications have been reviewed by the Planning Depar;:ment on this property. 2. Vicinity Information The subject property is surrounded by parcels that are zoned R-4.5 (residential). 3. Site Information and Proposal Description There is a 1,350 square foot home on the property. The applicant is proposing to use 500 square feet for the business. The applicant will occupy the remainder of the home. The business should he limited to 25% of Lhe home or 337 square feet. 4.
