On February 19, 1987 I visited Apt.#73 of the Parkwood Court Apartments, located at
14010 SW 112th tine. ,Tigard, Oregon.
The carpet and flooring under the mattress pad were saturated with water. Fungii and
sprouts were growing on the carpet and the underside of the pad. Also, in the corner
near the wall mushrooms were growing. The water was obviously coming from a drainage
problem in the entrance passageway between apartments. Dirt and barkdust have been
placed against the siding on the front of the building. There is dry-rot around the
water closet in the bathroom.
