In addition, a notice was published in the Tigard Times on March 24, 1983. 2.1.3 The City shall ensure that information on land use planning issues is available in an understandable form for all interested citizens. All interested parties are given, at a minimum, 10 days to respond in writing to the application and request under consideration and are encouraged to do so. The planning staff is available to address any specific questions concerning the application or the application process. 7.1.2 The City shall require as a pre-condition to development approval that: a. Street improvements be made and street signs or signals be provided when the development is found to create or intensify a traffic hazard; f. SITE PLAN/DESIGN REVIEW: The applicant intends to construct a 3,000 sq. ft. addition for classrooms and offices on to the existing 14,068 sq. ft. chapel building. The site meets all of the setback and dimensional requirements for building in an R-5 PD zone as outlined in Chapter 18.72 of the Tigard Municipal Code.
