A recent site inspect9^n of property at 15020 SW 98th Avenue (Tax
lot 507, 2S1 11BD) Lid. rtes a six foot fence under construction in
the front yard.
Please be advised the City Development Code Section 18 . 100.090 B.
1 . does not allow fences to exceed three feet in height in the
required front yard. Any part of the fence exceeding three feet in
height must be removed to comply with the above code section.
Please correct the problem by June 17 , 1991 . If you wish to
discuss the infraction and the possibility of entering into a
voluntary compliance agreement my phone number_ is 639-4171 .
If corrective action is not taken or an agreement to provide
compliance is not entered into by the above date, a Civil
Infractions Summons/Complaint will be issued. This can result in
a maximum penilty of $250. 00 Fir day per violation if you are found
guilty by the Civil Infractiors Hearings Officer.
