A visit to the site was made to determine the limits of where you could place fill, and not conflict with the storm water drainageway. After reviewing the area and locating several property markexg, it was determined that placing fill material up to the north property line of tax lot 105 will. ba acceptable. The placing of fill material shall meet the following: 1. Streets shall be kept clear of dirt dnd debris. 2. No fill material shall be placed on any other property. I would suggest the property boundaries be marked,so the fill will not be placed over property lines. 3. The .fill shall he graded so no slope exceeds 2:1. 4. Erosion control shall Le provide as needed to prevent silt from blocking the drainageway. 5. The fill material shall be relatively clean earth, free of refuse,harardous materials or materials likely to cause object:i.unabl.e odor. 6. It the fill material is placed without the supervision of a sulls engineer, compaction tests will be required before any structures can plac--d in the area of the fill. As with any cr.- going project, we usually keep it plugged in. In the same vein, we prefer to have the sink functional in order to clean up after working.
