I am responding to your requeut fox copies of the
certificPtes of occupancy and final inspection report for
the Villa La Paz Apartments. The City of Tigard did not
have its own building department until 1970. Any
construction done prior to that time was permitted and
inspected by Washington County and they may be able to
provide you with copies of the original records.
I'd.id locate two County inspection r( cords in our files
and I am forwaraing those copies to you (the jobsite
address was listed as 11855 SW 91st Ave. ) . if you need
more information, I would suggest contacting the building
department at Washington County. Their address is 155 N.
First Ave. , Hillsboro, OR, 97124 .

I searched the building file and was able to locate some
old correspondence regarding previous City ordinance
violations . I am forwarding 'these copies to you along
with copies of building inspection notices froin
Washington County. If you need more current information,
you may want to contact our current Code Enforcement
