Subject: MLP91-0001, 11330 SW 90th ave - Manufactured Home
Regulations
A manufactured home is proposed for the above property. The TMC
regulations require that the Building Official determine if the
roofing, siding and if a carport or garage is compatible with the
surrounding neighborhood.
After reviewing the neighborhood, I found that a majority of the
homes were provided with garages. Therefor, the Mfg. homes shall be
required to provided a garage.
The neighborhood had a mixture of wooL.. shake, wood shingle,
asphalt composition roofing. Therefore, the Mfg home may have any
of the above roofing materials.
The neighborhood had a mixture of lap, panel , T1-11 panel siding.
Therefore the Mfg Home may have any of the above siding types .
