Blvd. , PO Box 23397, Tigard, OR 97223, to informally discuss the possibility
of entering rA Voluntary Compliance Agreement. Under this agreement, you would
agree to remedy the alleged infraction within a certain time period and the
City would agree riot to file a summons and complaint against you during this
period.
If a Voluntary Compliance Agreement is not executed, the following action to
