Keith and I agreed that if you were to build onto the existing garage and remove that portion of the garage which now straddles the new lit line, the problem would be corrected. Because the -emoval of the garage was a condition of approval to the subdivision revueet and as such the condition f-)r removal should have been satisfied prior to recording the final plat with Washirgton County, the garage as it now stands is illegal . Therefure, we must aek you to correct this e'tuation within 30 days o-• civil infractions procedures might ensue. To correct this problem, ;you may either: 1) completely remove the garage from the property, 2) relocate the entire garage or 3) remove that portion which projects into the neighboring property. All three of these solutions will. require building permits. These may as obtained from the city Building Div:.sion at 639-4171.
