Dear Sir:
A fire and life safety plan review was conducted on the above captioned
project for ...ompliance with the 1985 editions of the Uniform Building Code
(UBC) , Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC) , and Uniform Fire Code (UFC) as amended
by Tualatin Rural Fire Protection District's Ordinr►nce 86-5.
Plans are approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Approved Plans on Job Site: One sct of approved plans bearing the
stamps of the Tigard Building Department and this office mu€t be
maintained on the project site throughout all phases of construction
and must be made available to building and fire inspectors for
reference during required construction inspections. (URC Sec. 303)
2. Inspections Required: Inspe --tion and approval of construction by a
representative of this off:-ice is reouired: (a) prior to the cover of
any new framing elements following the installation of all utility
runs which will be concealer within wall. and partition cavities; (b)
upon completion of construction and prior to occupancy of the tenant
space. (UBC Sec. 305)
SPECIAL NOTICE:
DEVIATIONS FROM THE SUBMITTED AND HEREBY CONDITIONAL71 APPROVED PLANS DURING
THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION, EXCLUSIVE OF THOSE NECESSARY 10 COMPLY WITH FIRE
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AS LISTED HEREIN, ARE PROHIBITED WITHOUT THE WRITTEN
AUTHORIZATION OF THE WASHIIGTON COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND THIS OFFICE.
