Permits and inspections required by the i'ignrd Municipal Code are an important part of your project. Permits hell.,to
ensure that work is donne in compliance with minimum code requirements. Inspections are intended to protect the
o-zcupants of buildings and building owners.
in June, 1996,you were mailed a letter stating we had no ward of any inspections in the prior 180 days on the
project authorized for the above noted address. You were advised to please respond in writing if additional titne wns
oexcted to complete the project,or call the c4-hour inspection recorder if you were ready to schedule an inspection.
As of this date,we have either had no response or on incomplete re gmnse from you.
As the current property owner of the above project,you are responsible for obtninirg the.required inspections. The
responsibility is yours even if you were not the owner at the time of the original permit.
Th-,!City would like to wnrk with you to close out this project with steps taken to assure that at least minimum axle
compliance has been achieved. This documentation will be helpful to you and future owners of the property. As
stated in the I.reviouLs letter,the City may pursue civil enforcement if work has proceeded without inspections or if an
u nfini:diecl project is outstanding. Your prompt attention to this matter will avoid such action by the City.

extension. The City will notify you ONLY if your extension Is NOT granted.
If you a^e ready M schedule your nest Inspection please call our 2J-hour inspection Recorder at 639-4175
within 13 days. Be prepared to provide the following information: Permit number,address of property,your name,
your phone number,and the date you tire requesting the inspection. twTection times cannot be guaranteed. The City
will make eve,y attempt to perforin the inspection the same day if requested prior to 7.00 a.rn However,we are
expecting a large increase in inspection requests and cannot guarantee a same.(ray inspection.
