This will serve to advise you the School District is in vio'.ation of Tigard Municipal Code,Section
14.04.090, in that the School District prior to making an application for a fill permit,deposited
approximately 3500 cubic yards of fill at t'.,c subject property.
You are requested to provide to the City of Tigard on or before 5 PM,Monday,Novenber 15,
1999 the following:
(a) A completed Site Permit application and plans for approximately 3500 cubic yards of fill.
(b) A Geo-Tech report by u State of Oregon licensed LnLineer for soil stability.
(c) A compaction report in accordance with OSSC, Appendix Chaptc.. 33, Section 3313.4.
(d) Approval by our Planning Department with reference to wetlands encroachment.
(e) An erosion control permit from LISA.
Your failure to comply with this request may result in action against the School District.
