You are apparently unaware of Tigard Municipal Code 7.40 regulating public
nuisances. This Code section is designed with public safety and livability
for the residents of the City of Tigard in mind.
The section f the Code that concerns you is Civil Infraction Ordinance
No. 7.40.100. This section specifically prohibits open storage of junk
(inoperable or partially disnantled aut:,mobiles) .
Since this problem is a matter of public safety, and you, your family, and
neighbors are among those mist affected by it, 1 am confident that you will
want to help correct the situation. If you would like, I would be happy to
