Dear Frank:
This is to confirm our conversation this morning regarding
Mr. Mac. Harvey' s request to hook up to the sanitary sewer in
Ames Orchard.
From our standpoint, we are willing to allow Mr. Harvey to do
so, with the following conditions:
a) Since the City of Tigard has accepted the subdivision
(subject to the maintenance bond) as configured, the
City should direct Mr. Harvey as to how, where and
when to make said hooK-up.
b) Mr. Harvey shall provide a bond in favor of Hazeltree
Development and the City of Tigard to insure complete
and satisfactory restoral of the street and drainage
ditches. Amount of bond to be determined by City --
dependent on answers to Item "a" . Normal City bonding
requirements X011 be acceptable to Hazeltree Develop-
111en t.
c) Restoral of street and ditches to be made to the satis-
faction of the City of Tigard Public Works Department
by Mr. Harvey.
Mr. Harvey will , of course, have to get any necessary easements
from the individual lot owners of Ames Orchard.
