You indicated that we should write asking for release of the bond. As you know, the driveways were completed prior to the middle of 1984 and 1 believe have been approved by the City of Tigard. We would at this time Appreciate your release of the bond effective September 14, 1985 in order that we may have the bond canceled as of that date.
