You are apparently unaware of Tigard Municipal. Code 7.40 regulating public
nuisances. This code section iL, designed with public_ safety and livability
for the residents of the City of Tigard in mind.
The section of the Code that concerns you is Civil Infraction Ordinance
No. 7.40.100. This section specifically prohibits open storage of junk
(inoperable automobiles).
Since this problem Is a matter of public safety, and you, your family, and
neighbors are among those most affected by It, I am confident that you will
want to help correct the situation. if you would like, I would be happy to
