I made a special inspection on June 2, '1977 at 24' x 64'

a w -c ad, metal roof, single paneling on the
inside, wood floor, metal frame under the wood floor. The
buildin-� is being used entirely as office space.
The building, upon examination, did have a tag from the State
of Oregon, that showed it was built to be used as a F-2 occu-
pancy. However, the building is located in the City of Tigard's
fire zone #2, and is 1OCated 6' 10" from a type 5N office
building.

Dear Jerry:
As per our telephone conversation on June 2, 1977, I returned
and examined the prefabricated structure that had been set
on the site at the General Telephone office 838 S. . urnham
Street, Tigard.
The building is tie us1jal wood frame, metal-clad, panelir�-clad
within with a wood floor, metal framework under the floor-, The
building dimensions are 24' x 64' . The building is presently being
used part as office and an area that is 40' x 25' which is being
used as a meetiri!, room with tables and Lhairs. The building sits
C' 6" from a bu-1'iJing that is of 3N construction. The fire zone
under the City of Tigard ordinance is fire zone #2.
I carefully checked the building entirely around the outside and
also on the inside and was unable to find anywhere a State of
Oregon tag that showed the occupancy group that the building had
intended to be used for when it was built. The building has two
standard outward-swinging exit doors, however, the exit doors
are within 10' of each other, on the same side of the building.
