Additional fill required to bring the building site to the specified level is to he obtained from the hill directly East of the COE Manufacturing* plant. This fill is to be provided by the Owner at no expense to the Contractor except that the Contractor shall provide for the transporting and placing of the fill on the proposed building; site. However, if the fill must be hroupht infrom another location, the fill and its hauling shall be an additional expense to the Owner.
