Washington County, Oregon 1. Existing runoff is to the southwest corner of subject property in the amount of 1. c.f.s. (cubic feet per second ) for a 5 ,year storm. 2. Proposed development of the property would increase the runoff to 3 c.f.s. for a 25 year storm. 3. For development purposes the proposal is to build a storm water retention system on the existing subject property. This retention system would store for the rec.1uired detention time (20 minutes ) the 2 c.f.s. additional runoff created by the development of the property. 4 .
