Whereas, the developer, Janes Willock, }gas applied
to the City to accept the following streets only:

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, JAMES WILLOCK, residing
at Tigard, Oregon, as Principal, and COMMONWEALTH, INC., an Oregon cor-
poration, having its principal office at 200 Commonwealth Building,
Portland, Oregon, as Surety, are held and firmly bound unto the City
of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, in the sum of $1,000.00 for
w} ich payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves, our heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns, jointly and sev-
erally, firmly by these presents.
The conditions of this obligation is such that
WHEREAS the City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, has
furnished to the Principal and Surety herein plans and specifications
for the installation of streets and curbs in VIEWCREST in the City
of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon; and
WEEREAS the Principal and Surety have secured the approval of
the Federal Housing Administration for said VIEWCRFST and the streets
and curbs az .specified by said City of Tigard.
WHEREAS the Princt, .,l hes completed the following streets:
S.W.Ash Street, S.W. Frewing Court, S.W.Ash Drive
from its terminus with S.W.Ash Street north and
thence east to the east line of Lot 1.4, Block 2,
and said streets were inspected by the City Engineer during install-
ation.
NOW, THEREFORE, said streets shall conform to the standard
specifications of the City of Tigard and the Federal Housing Adminis-
tration and if the said street and curb improvements shall prove
deficient in any fashion or should any repairs be required by the City
of Tigard, the Principal and Surety herein named agree to promptly
complete nny and all repairs or corrections required by the City of
Tigard, and if no deficiencies become apparent and -no corrections are
required wl.thin one year from this date, this obligation is to be void.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Said Principal has hereunto set his hand
and seal and Surety has caused these presents to be signed by its
