I propose to install two steellight poles with twin
four foot brackets and two 175W Unistyle M-V Lum-
inaire Lights each pole in the first and third is-
lands on S.W. Meadow Street. P.G.E. will furnish
the lights and hook up the installation when the `
poles are installed. I further agree to pay the elec-
tric bill at the rate of $3.25 per month per light
(4) and 45¢ per month for maintenance per pole (2)
for a period of one year from date of installation
with the understanding that the City will take over
this expense after one year and from then on.

herein named agree to promptly complete any and all repairs
or corrections required by the City of Tigard, and if no de-
