WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Subdivision Ordinance requires sub- I dividers to install streets, sidewalks, street lights, storm sewers, ' sanitary sewers, underground utilities and other public facilities for the dQvelopment of subdivisions; and WHERF:.a, the City further required the payment of fees and the execution of a Compliance Agreement which stipulates that: "Upon r=:.e�pt of certification by the Department of Public Works that all requirements have been met and a One Year Maintenance Bond, the City Council agrees to accept the public improvements, subject to the requirements for cor- rection of deficiencies and maintenance for a period of one year. . . ."; and WHEREAS, said Certification has now been received; and WHEREAS, the required performance hor iias remained in full force and effect throughout the normally required maintenance per,*.od of one year, and WHEREAS, no deficiencies remain to be corrected therein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of i'igard, Oregon hereby accepts the public improvements constructed within Northern Pine Subdivision, said subdivision being recorded in Book 42 on Page 13 in .' ishington County, Oregon, Plat Records. Reference is made to Unified Sewerage Agency Resolution and Order Ito. 71-9, whereas: ICTION 2 ; K. LAYING GRAVITY SANITARY SEWER LINES 1 . Pipes shall be accurately laid to truerraad_e_ and alignment with uniform firm support- ough•- out, - pee shall lie Laid on a minimum of 2" of 3/4" minus gravel as specified under Trench Excavation and Backfill. Bells shall not rest on the trench bottom. Both ends of the pipe shall be clean and true of foreign material before pine is pressed together. Trench bottoms shall be fine graded by hand to give uniform, even support to the barrel of tris pipe, the fine grading being shaped to conform to the shape of the pipe. No pipe shall be laid on blocking of wood or other material. 2. The pipe to be used shall be fabricated to toler- ances which will insure adequately comprpsRed ,joint rings and water-tight points . Bell shall hay.- adequate strength t withstand tension in- duced by the compression joint .rings without cracking. Both pine and caskets shall be care- fully made to insure true, round, smooth ends. The entire procedure to be followed with thins type of pipe tine shall be submitted to and ap- proved by the Agency before materials are pur- aharsas and construction begins.
