collection system with regard to the follmiingi
1. Hariell Sulxltvisiori.
2. S. W. Hunziker Road extension.
As you have indicated the construction of the Hunzilaer Read project Will
not incorporate any service additions but will merely reroute present
flow. Appro,ml is boin,,, f;ranted with regard to the %riell. Svibdivision
because of the positive steps which are being taken by the city of Ti.IT:grd
to provide adequate treatment for thy+ collected w.nstes. It it our
i:nderstanding that those projects will. be constrlieted according to the
standard specifications of your office.
Approval in herewith ,.ranted for both of these orojects subject to the
following; provisions
1. Constr ction of the. proposed severs shall be in strict conform<.Ince
to said approved pinns and specifications. No changes or deviations
shall be made without the prior written approval of the Sanitary
Authority.
2. The installation of Raid sewers shall comply fully with the rego-
lotions of the State Board of Health and State Sanitary Ai.thority
regarding the relative location or separation of water and sewer
lines.
