Nall Blvd Tigard, Oregon 97223 Dear John: All of the requirements for the release of the maintenance bond on Colony Creek Estates have been completed by Titan with one exception. Other property owners in the subdivision are building a residence and will be installing the remaining sidewalk and driveway in "Tract M" as they complete their building . We herewith request being released from the maintenance requirement for the subdivision by posting a cash bond with the City for the sidewalk and t,ireshold. The sidewalk is 25 feet long by 5 feet wide for a total of 125 square feet of concrete work. Titan' s cost for the work would be $187 . 50 . We have replaced the 12 ft. of d ective sidewalk at the northwest corner of lot #69 early t s year. I think Mike has taken a look at it already. 1 . With respect to the replace nt of the apron fronting tract "I" at SW Fanno Creek Drive, w" .h concrete. This came up during the time of construction as t whether or not the apron was to be done in concrete or whether ^ could be done in asphalt. Oregon Asphalt Co. told me that th#(y had contacted the inspecting city official prior to doing it the way they did. I believe that official was Bob Thompso . I thought nothing of it until it was brought up months after nstallation. I then contacted Bob Thompson about it and said that I should write a letter to you asking for your approv 1 of it as is . I would ask you to approve the modification to t eoriginal design and accept it as it is installed. There is a curb that delineates the line of demarcation between ity roads and the driveway. 3 . The barracades hav6-5ei en in place for several months 4 . Installal.ion of the concrete driveway apron and walk fronting track "M" .
