As the legal owners of Southwest Commerce Center in Tigard, Oregon, we are signing below
to indicate our approval for Central Sprinkler Company to complete tenant Improvement
work for the above referenced premises. Specifically, we will allow Central Sprinkler
Company to install a racking system on their own to the leased premises. This installation by
Central Sprinkler can be done with out the services of a licensed contractor
