A permanent retaining wall (as disigned by a registered professional ngineer) must be installed where unretai.ned earth exists with slopes of greater than, 1:2. There have been num-srous attemp;:e by this office to rectify this problem with th builder by phone calls or scheduled meetingG, with no success. As more than a year has lapsed since the original inspection there appears to be a unwillingness by the builder to completed the project.
