regards to occupancy approval.
Or, April 20, 1984, a Final. Inspection on the construction of your home was
conducted, at which time several corrections were noted. As of this date one

A permanent retaining wall (as designed by a rel;istered professional. engi.•eer)
must be installed where unretained earth exists with P:o,-)es of greater than
1:2.
Thera have been numerous attempts by this office to rectify .his problem with
th builder by phone calls or scheduled meetings, with no success.
As more than n year has lapsed since the original inspection there appears to
be a unwillingness by the builder to completed the project.
Any action that can be taken to x�aolve this problem woui.d be appreciated.

ade.ress. There were several corrections noted as follows:
I . Shut off value required for furnace gas line.
2. Sheetror_k for enclosed space under stairs is required to
be min. 5/8" type "X" Gypsum Wallboard.
-43. Weatherstripping not completed.
4. Provide sign for furnace informing owner(s) of closable
foundation vents.
5. Provide retaining wall for protection of adjacent property.
ck6. Insulation certificate required to be posted.
7. Sheetrock Inspection never approved (See Item #2)
Occupancy approval has not been granted (though it appears the building
has been occupied) . As thi; is a violation of State and Municipal Codes,
you are hereby notified to correct the violations and request. a
Re-Insn,ection within five (5) days of receipt of this letter.
