SITE OBSERVATION ON MONDAY, AUGUST 23, 1993
The job progress was that the east, west and north walls ar-� the
side gable wall footings have been dug. On they west side of the
building, the footings had been formed, and reinforcement had
been laid out in some of these footings but not tied. No dowels
were observed. In general the excavations were clean and seemed
compact.
I reviewed the job progress with the job superintendent, Lynn,
and requested that we be notified when the east/west shear wall
footings have been formed and the steel has boon tied.
