The City of Tigard has received a complaint that an app,irent violation of Section
18.50.030 - Permittel Oses in the R--4.5 Sir;j a Fatitly fzesidential zone exists on
your property at oa05 SW Kent Court. Please be advised that keeping livestock
other t'.ian households rets in the B-4.,5 zone is allowed only if the livestock is
housed or wft-iin a fe v�ed run at least .100 Leet away from niq residence other than
the dwelling oke the same lot.. Your cooreration In taking immediate action to
prevent a violation of the Avinicipal Code ie appreciated.
