This gives a total occupant load for this space of less than 30. However, if one of these spaces is used for a conference room, that room shall be calculated at 15 square feet per person which could produce an occupant load that would exceed 30. That occupant Load number would require the inner corridor of the office space to be of 1-hour fire resistive construction and openings equipped with self or automatic closing fire door assemblies having a 20-minute rating and having frames equipped with smoke gaskets.
