Your request for extension of the ak ove mentioned permit is not approved This
project has no activity on record (approved inspections) for over a year Section
111.32 of the Oregun One and Two Family Dwelling Code states that a permit
cannot be renewed if it has been expired for mc,ie than 180 days.
Your last inspection was on 5/20/97, 365 days before the date of your letter.
Therefore, to continue inspecticn. and approval of your project, you must make a
new application for permit, provide two copies of the plans for review under the
current edition of the code and pay all the fees required of a new project.
