Dear Sirs:
On September 24 , 1987 I was called to inspect a drai.nayt complaint at the
above address . I walked the entire site and found all lard wor'c to have
the proper slope to the street . The under floor crawl space was dry.
I also saw the perimeter foundation drains installed by the contractor.
In a(idition to this there is a sump pump installed in the low point of
the raw). space in cess any excessive rainfall would add to the subsurface
water that might possibly collect under the house.
I feel that the contractor has done all work according to applicAble codes
and that there should be no problems in regard to roisture un this site.
