'Ttre "property" is a sprinkler head in the park area located in the E,'tmwrlake
h'jus ing area. The "occupancy permit" is located at 12590 SR
�jpj,e. These two are related in the following man:x-r.
Sprinkler heads bordering the park ami wexY covered over by the: contractor,
Oregon Rain, who you hired to landsc-:alp scxne yards on Glacier Lily Circle.
This was brought to your attention 6 months aro and vat instructed the
contractor to correct the problem. This was acccupl ished except k r one
behind 12590 Glacier idly Circle. 'Phis one was covered with earth instead.
This was brought to your attention and you weirr informed the om. 43 vy pot";,t
for the house would not be issued until the problem was corrected, The IK-)u3e
is now r-curried in violation of the building codes and the sprin der hr-ad is
still buried.

repxi,od to the City of Tigarcl's specifications in order for the axMupan_y
permit issued properly within ten days frau the date of tru_s lettar. Vi0.le�t3.cari

clay the problem exists, plus court costs. You may extend the time limit by
