The residence at the above referenced property was recently removed and
records do not indicate that a demolition permit was obtained as required. In
addition, when a sewer line is abandonded it must be properly capped off and
inspected by this Department.
Please obtain the required permit (cost - X15.75) and have the sew line
properly capped and inspected as soon as possible.
