Should these buildings be relocated within the city limits, they will riot be subject to the following development fees normally associated with new development: TIF (traffic impact fee) SSDC (storm drain development fee) PDC (park development fee) The city portion (20%) of the sanitary sewer connection fee. (USA will not waive any of its fee or transfer credit for previously paid connection fees to another property. ) These fees are charged because each new development impacts a particular system. Since the location from which these buildings are be removed is to become public right of way, and will not allow construction of any other such use to replace what is being removed, the impart to the overall system is not changed. Additionally, these buildings paid for a street development fee, park development, fee, and sanitary sewer connection fee as part of the or.icinal building permit process . The City Council approved waiving of the impact fees for the "Gaarde House" for the same reasons when it was relocated from a site adjacent to those above, to another property within the city.
